Winter Newsletter 2021

We’ve been through so much and are blessed with the exciting and meaningful direction we are heading. Here’s the latest: We had our very own Holiday Dance Concert facilitated by professional dancer and choreographer Heather Adams. We also hosted a successful Art Sale and Show in December. Music, cooking, gardening and outdoors skills were enjoyed during Summer Camps. Our young adult social program is taking off and will offer bowling later this winter. The building survived a fire and we improved our facility. We continued afterschool programming and also distributed sensory kits to the larger community and law first responders with RAPP Family Foundation and Ravalli electric Co-op’s generous support.

Our painting workshops, with Steve Wilson, were a hit and we displayed the art at the holiday sale. Many paintings sold!

We completed workshops online and Zoom with dancer Heather Adams, community members, educators, our families and students. This was funded by the National Endowment for the Arts and others we want to deeply thank!

HEARTism will begin a capital campaign to secure a permanent site! Keep following us on Facebook and Instagram for details on how you can participate. All donations are appreciated. We are in the process of becoming a 501 (c) 3and are indebted to Bitter Root R C & D for being our fiscal sponsor from the beginning.
